Working Out
Today is Thursday and I did not make it to the gym on Tuesday or Wednesday. And, technically, I didn't make it today. However, I am going to mark it on my calendar anyway.
I ran almost a mile this morning and I did a bunch of exercises in my TV room. I have some dumbbells, leg weights, and a mat so I spent about 20 minutes doing "activities" including crunches and squats.
It's not great, but it's a start. I feel good about the start. : )

I'll be getting back on my bike tonight... on the trainer... and then back on the road this weekend. I can't push myself too hard, because I don't want to burn out. At the same time, I want to be ready for a club ride next Wednesday... We'll see.
