Going to the gym..tomorrow
I'm going to start going back to the gym. I was going regularly until late February. I got sick in Feburary and quit going. Then I started going on and off, but mainly off.
It's been 6 months - HALF A YEAR - and I have not been going to the gym regularly. Man, time flies.
I was going to start going today, but I went to bed too late last night. And, then, I was going to go after I walked the dogs, but Kevin called me and then it got too late.
Tomorrow, yes, I'll start tomorrow.....

You guys have got to start signing the blog... I'm assuming that Pat stayed up late talking to Kevin, but who knows...
I got off my bike about 2 months ago, and then did the camp counselor thing, and then with Lyme's and my aunt's funeral, I've not gotten back on. But, I'm back now, and feeling like I need a ride. Couple that with my daughter getting back on her bike today - at the request of a new friend who's a boy - and I realize that I need to hop back on the ride.

Brad - in the lower left of each blog posting it will indicate if it's Pat or me doing the blogging!
I say keep on that bike!
I've been stepping up more as well trying to get to the gym 3 x a week. That doesn't sound like TOO much but the workout includes a double-mixed dose of aerobic work and weights.
I'll get a bike this fall and start hitting the trails again.

Brad, get on the bike, man!
Also, how is the Lyme's? Are you completely recovered?

The Lyme's isn't kicking my butt as much. I'm a little more tired than I remember before I got diagnosed, but I think part of that is the fact that I got back from a funeral on the west coast this past Tuesday. I was in Portland for 3 nights and 3 days... very tiring and very stressful...
Jeff... You'd think that with my keen powers of observation, I would have noticed that... wait, where'd that coffee cup come from... AAHH! I'm in an office... never mind... that's not as funny in writing as I'd hoped it'd be.
I need some serious sleep.
