It's 7-11 SLURPEE Anniversary Day

Hi everyone!

Don't forget, today is the anniversary of the Slurpee and you should be able to get a FREE one at 7-11 (while supplies last)!

I'm going to get a Coca-cola flavored one, tell me what you get.

    I had a fanta cherry one. My first slurpee ever. It tasted like an icee to me. Thanks for pointing out the freebie!

    Hi Tom, I had the "Gully Washer" flavor. I was a little bummed that the free size was so small and I expected to visit ALL my haunts to get many free slurpees, but that just didn't happen, sigh.

    Now that you mention it, I'm not sure what the difference in a slurpee and an icee is, hmmmmm!

    Oh, yeah, what IS Gully Washer flavor? I have no idea. It was sort of cherry, but sort of not cherry. I wish they had Coca Cola flavor, but they didn't, boo hoo!

    The small size was a bummer. But I guess beggars can't be choosers... Now that's an expression that hasn't popped into my head since I was a kid.
