Pat's Mother's Day Tribute

Pat put together her first 'audio story' (I'm so PROUD of her!). This is a wonderful portrayal of the relationship that she has with her mom. It was done for Mother's Day but she had to climb many learning curves in getting it out. Check it out:

    Hi Jeff&Pat,
listend to your podcast , last night and today , that means in 2 parts . I'm sure I missed a few things ... we don't have 7-11 here in Holland ... and what the hack is a "bush" ( I'm glad we don't have Bush here in Holland too  ) . But in general it has speed and is quit amusing ... like your way of skipping full speed from one item to the next one , and sometimes rolling over each other .
The end of may till the end of june I've 4 weeks of only MUSIC so in that period I will deliver some new songs ( there's about 500 Gig of unfinished songs on several harddisks ) .
if you like to you can also check out my brother at ; http://www.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?AID=361971&t=7734

i'm going to vote 4 u guys at podcast alley Pieps

    Hi Pat,

We finally got a chance to catch up on the Mother's Day special. Honestly, tears in our eyes. That was a beautiful story and it sounds like your momma is one amazing lady. Keep up the good work! That was lovely.

    Ciao bella,

    Hi Pieps,

thanks for listening! I lived in Swalmen when I was 8 or 9 months old, so my parents tell me. I think our house was surrounded by a moat? I have also been to the Keukenhof tulip fields - went there maybe in the early 90s. Holland is lovely.

7-11 is like a "neighborhood" store. They were convience stores that Americans went to instead of the grocery store. Now they have lots more stuff. Lots of candy, booze, and the like.

They have a great coffee bar, but many folks tell me that I have bad coffee tastes. Oh well.

I will check out your brother later on this weekend.

    Thanks for listening and voting.

    Ciao Dannie and Lynne,

Thank you very much for the comments on my VERY FIRST ALL BY MYSELF audio piece.

I cry too sometimes when I listen to it. My mom cracks me up so much. I taught my friend Susan how to make my mom's spaghetti sauce last night. It was very good, but my mom must be leaving out an ingredient becuase my version isn't exactly as good as hers......she's holding out on me!!
